Established in 2019, Otoklix supports independent workshops that service gas-powered vehicles. Their solutions streamline the process of booking vehicle maintenance services for customers through an app and provide independent car workshops with visibility, business software solutions, and procurement savings.
Otoklix currently operates its signature shops in major Indonesian cities, serving millions of workshops. The partnership with VinFast is currently limited to these proprietary outlets.
In Q3 2023, Otoklix, backed by AC Ventures, reported doubling its revenue year-over-year and significant improvements in unit economics, aiming for profitability in the near future.
According to Otoklix co-founder and CEO Martin Reyhan Suryohusodo, there will be a growing demand for high-quality yet affordable car parts, including mechanical parts and battery components, as the EV market expands in the next decade.
Otoklix has recently launched an academy to train mechanics in servicing EVs, focusing on safety and technical proficiency.
