Elm (https://apo-opa.co/4bFOQJs), a leader in digital solutions, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Numeryx Technologies, a French company specializing in the implementation and development of business solutions. The aim of this collaboration is to enhance cooperation, explore and promote business opportunities, and facilitate digital transformation through joint initiatives and the exchange of technical expertise and knowledge.
The MoU was officially signed by Mr. Alameen Shawqi Al-Hazmi, Chief Executive Officer of the Integrated Solutions Group at Elm, and Mr. Mozer Al Ayadi, Chief Executive Officer of Numeryx Technologies, in the presence of various officials from both organizations. The agreement focuses on leveraging the expertise of both companies in the European and African markets, as well as the local market in Saudi Arabia, to develop information technology activities and explore potential investment and cooperation opportunities.
Majid bin Saad Al Arifi, the Official Spokesman and CEO VP of the Marketing Sector at Elm, highlighted the importance of the MoU with Numeryx Technologies. He emphasized how this collaboration will help build digital infrastructure to enhance service quality and operational efficiency in Europe and Africa. Al-Arifi also mentioned that the partnership reflects the commitment of both parties to develop innovative technical solutions that support sustainable development and promote entrepreneurship and the digital economy in the region.
