Youth in Africa Driving Innovation in Tourism

The organizers of Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation are excited to announce that Hilton, Windhoek, the renowned international hospitality brand, has joined as a strategic partner for the 2024 Africa Youth In Tourism Innovation Summit.

The summit, hosted by Africa Tourism Partners and The Ministry of Environment, Forestry, and Tourism Namibia, in collaboration with UN Tourism, AfCFTA, Namibia Tourism Board, NIPDB, NEPAD, and BDO, will be held from 28 to 31 May 2024 in Windhoek.

The partnership with Windhoek Namibia is a testament to the global influence of Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation, showcasing its impact beyond the continent.

In response to the collaboration with Hilton and the summit, Muka Salare, the Cluster Commercial Manager at Hilton Windhoek, expressed his enthusiasm, highlighting the importance of empowering youth in the hospitality sector and their commitment to supporting initiatives like the summit.

The 6th edition of the Africa Youth in Tourism Innovation Summit will feature an array of speakers from around the world, including prominent figures such as government officials, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Namibia’s tourism offerings, including the iconic Namib Desert, provide a unique and awe-inspiring backdrop for the summit, attracting visitors with its stunning landscapes and natural beauty.
