“Generative AI enables micro-segmentation of users and customers, allowing for personalized text, imagery, and templates. It fosters experimentation across industries,” Mehta explains.

Challenges in AI adoption for businesses include keeping up with the fast-paced technological advancements and ensuring data readiness for production use. Organizational readiness and acceptance of AI technology are also barriers that must be addressed.
