Welcome to my Mommy’s podcast. This podcast is sponsored by ARMRA, a new Colostrum product that I’ve been using and wanted to share with you. I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve immunity, gut health, fitness, metabolism, and enhance my skin and hair, and I’ve been really liking this new Colostrum product.
Colostrum is the first nutrition we receive in life and contains all the essential nutrients our bodies need to thrive. The ARMRA Colostrum is a proprietary concentrate of bovine colostrum that contains over 400 living bioactive nutrients. It strengthens immunity, boosts metabolism, and has anti-inflammatory properties that support gut health. It can also improve hair growth and skin radiance. I’ve been using it for fitness and recovery, and it has well-studied anti-aging benefits.
Unlike other colostrum products I’ve tried, ARMRA is a premium option. It’s natural, sustainable, and undergoes a special cold chain biopotent technology that preserves the integrity of the nutrients. They invest in auditing and third-party testing to ensure purity and efficacy, and it’s glyphosate-free. As a listener, you can get 15% off your first order by going to tryarmra.com/mama15 and using the code “mama15”.
This podcast is also brought to you by Wellnesse, a company that I helped co-found. Oral health has been a passion of mine for over a decade, and I discovered the benefits of remineralization and a strong oral microbiome. Wellnesse uses hydroxyapatite, a naturally occurring mineral that supports tooth enamel, in their toothpaste. They also have probiotic mints that enhance the oral microbiome. You can find these products and more at wellnesse.com.
Welcome to the 700th episode of the Wellness Mama podcast. I’m grateful for the opportunity to have spoken with so many incredible people over the years. In this episode, I want to share some life lessons, new directions, and shifts that have occurred in my life recently. I’ve gone through personal transitions that have led to potential changes in how I show up as Wellness Mama online.
In the last few years, my focus has shifted towards integrated health. I used to primarily focus on physical health, but I now believe it is more nuanced and impacted by mental and emotional health. I’ve personally changed a lot, addressing the inner side and working on letting go. I’ve taken time to be present with my kids and cultivate peace in my life.
I’ve realized that I’ve kept parts of myself out of Wellness Mama, fearing judgment and thinking that some aspects of my life wouldn’t be relatable or interesting. However, I’ve come to understand that most people go through life transitions, and many women are involved in finance or business. I’m excited to open up and talk about more topics that go beyond physical health and involve a holistic approach to motherhood and being a woman.
The biggest life shift for me has been my divorce. I’ve hesitated to talk about it publicly because it felt like a failure. However, I’ve realized that it’s a common experience, and I hope sharing my journey can be helpful. I’m also looking forward to exploring new directions and bringing in interesting guests for the podcast.
Overall, I’m excited for the future and the opportunity to share more aspects of my life. The content will continue to cover a wide range of topics, and I hope to provide a more holistic approach to motherhood and wellness.
